Before I began my writing journey I had misguided beliefs about what it meant to be a published author. Those beliefs led me to take action from that perspective. The actions were an energetic match for the low vibe I lived in. If we look at our beliefs as being magnetic we can understand how we invite into our lives the measure in which our energy is. Basically lack mentality attracts more lack energy. One of my mentors that I studied under taught me to write in the same way I teach, from my heart center. I developed an inwardly sacred space to write from. No matter what genre or project you are desiring to write in, you can use my top five steps for crafting your piece of work. 1. Align with God and ground your energy in the project. 2, Set your intention on what you're writing. 3. Write as you are, from your point of view. Be you! Not someone else. 4. Be aware of your breath and energy level. Move your body if need be. 5. Stuck in a rut?...Record yourself speaking about your topic and then transcribe it. This is a magic move for overthinkers! Don’t let writing intimidate or stop you from sharing your thoughts and message with others! Your message has been created in collaboration with God and he is supporting you every step of the way! I believe writing is more than just the act of getting your thoughts down on paper. It’s about first connecting to your feelings and then emoting them out of you through a writing process, think of it as a written recorded conversation between the Divine and your soul self. Writing is healing and expressive, creative energy that flows from within you and through you as an outward expression of your soul. Writing creates experiences for others. It offers hope, reflection, connection and an opportunity to feel what the author is intending. Then the reader is given the opportunity to absorb and transfer all that they receive into their own belief system in a way that it relates to their life where it can be processed and understood at a deeper level.
